Banksia Villages

Internal refurbishment works involving the safe relocation and coordination of essential building services, selective demolition, and preparation of existing spaces for refurbishment. The project included the installation of new partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and fixtures, along with the integration of electrical, fire, and plumbing services. Works were carefully staged and managed to minimise disruption while delivering fully refurbished, operational spaces.
