The works were carried out within an active school environment, requiring careful staging to reduce disruption and maintain safety for students and staff. A key consideration was providing early access to certain areas so the College could continue operating while other works progressed. The site also presented several constraints, including a sewer pump station, overhead powerlines, an electrical substation and an existing maintenance building.

The result is a significantly improved TAS precinct that supports practical, future-focused learning in a safer and more functional setting. The project demonstrates Edwards Constructions’ ability to deliver complex school upgrades with strong coordination, sensitive staging and a clear focus on operational needs.
